Assist doctor with minor surgeries at the office, such as Nail removal.
Assist doctor removing stitches.
Prep for procedures.
Greet and sign in patients.
Verify patients’ insurance eligibility.
Bill insurance companies using Medisoft.
Post EOBs, Post Payments.
Call for Pre-certifications.
Utilize PC to enter and retrieve patient data.
Answer phone, and schedule appointments.
File medical records.
Maintain and set up patient rooms.
Ensure adequate supplies where available.
Operate fax and copy machine.
Cast for orthodics.
Make Orthopedic shoes orders and dispensed upon arrival.
