How It Works
1. I will thank you for purchase and gather information from you. We can correspond via e-mail throughout this process or we can make an appointment for a telephone interview.
2. You will share your existing resume, cover letter, etc., if you have them.
3. I will send you a questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire will include questions about where you've been, where you would like to go, and the image you would like to convey.
4. We will agree upon a first draft deadline. This deadline is usually a few days after I receive your questionnaire and existing documents.
5. On or before that date, I will e-mail you an initial draft of your resume.
6. You will review it and e-mail me your changes and concerns.
7. We will agree upon a second deadline.
8. On or before that date, I will e-mail you the second draft.
9. We will continue the writing and review process until you are satisfied.
10. The drafts and final product will be in MS Word or Adobe PDF format. Paper copies (on quality cotton bond) can be mailed to you in the United States at a rate of $6 for ten copies of your resume and cover letter. This price includes the copies and the postage.

If you choose to pay by cashier's check or money order, I will begin working on your documents immediately, but will be unable to e-mail drafts to you until I receive payment.
